One of the hardest things for me when I was pregnant was keeping myself healthy by eating (and drinking) enough good and healthy food throughout pregnancy, especially in the first trimester!  It’s not always easy to eat and drink what your body needs when you don’t want to eat, can’t eat, or keep anything you eat in your stomach.
