Here’s what you’ll needSaint Patrick's Day White Chocolate Mint Fudge Swirl

For the White Chocolate Mint Fudge:

  • 1 5 oz can of evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup softened butter
  • 1 10-12 oz package of baking white chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Mint flavoring
  • 1 7 oz jar of marshmallow creme
  • Green food coloring
  • 1 10″ round baking dish

For the Mint Swirls

  • 1 package of green candy melts
  • 1 Easy Squeeze Bottle
  • 1/2 tsp mint extract

Part I ~ Make the White Chocolate Fudge

Step 1 – Gather all your material so that everything is right in front of you and easy to access

Step 2 – In a large pot – combine the sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Over medium heat, melt these ingredients together and bring to a rolling boil, constantly stirring. Once rolling boil is achieved, continue to cook and stir for another 7-8 minutes.

Step 3 – Add the white baking chips and marshmallow creme into pot and stir constantly until melted.

Step 4 – Once baking chips and marshmallow creme is fully melted, add the vanilla extract.  Mix well and turn off heat.

Step 5 – Pour into baking dish and let cool. Have fudge cool for about an hour.

Part III: Mint Candy Swirls

Wait until the fudge has cooled for at least one hour before starting this step.

Step 1:  Place 10 individual candy melts inside the easy squeeze bottle

Step 2:  Follow the instructions on the candy melt packaging.  Be careful as to not overheat the melts.

Step 3:  Add 1/2 tsp of mint extract and mix well.

Step 4:  Using the squeeze bottle, make swirl design on top of the fudge.  Start in the middle of the fudge and work your way out towards the edges.

Let swirls harden for 15 minutes before cutting the fudge and serving.
